Process
Belts will be tensioned on the machine frame.
The operator places the belt on the machine, moves the tension sledge into the right position and locks the support by pressing a push button.
Belt tensioning is powered by a pneumatic cylinder with adjustable pressure. The turning speed of the belt is adjustable.
Description
The milling tool is a disc, which can be moved on the x-axis and y-axis over the belt. The exact position is shown on a digital display. In addition, the turning speed of the milling tool is also adjustable.
