We're proud to offer durable and reliable products to our customers.
However, some components require replacement due to wear and tear after longer periods of use. We recommend keeping selected spare parts in stock to ensure undisrupted operations.
Cutting disc / circular knives
Changing cutting equipment is essential when frequently using our machines. We're offering the following standard election of circular knifes:
- 100mm diameter x 1.6mm thickness
-100mm diameter x 2.2mm thickness (recommended for cutting steel cord)
-100mm diameter x 3.2mm thickness
- Tin coated versions of all types
- larger diameters are available upon request
Protective cover for cutting roller
The protective cover of the cutting will wear down during use. Replacement is recommended before negatively affectiving cutting result. The following diments are available. The corresponding cutting roller is required.
- Ø 22 mm for cutting belts of > 150 mm length
- Ø 40 mm for cutting belts of > 300 mm length
- Ø 75 mm for cutting belts of > 600mm length
- Ø 105 mm for cutting of belts of > 800 mm length
Hollow rod for cutting roller
Hollow rods are a durable alternative to the protective cover of the cutting roller. Diameters can be much larger, allowing for increased stability during the cutting process.
- Diameters are available in all sizes (from Ø 22 mm up to > Ø 125 mm )
- Hollow rods can be refurbished several times, allowing for longer usage periods
