MSSK -Complete system for welding timing belts
Each component is also available as standalone product
Product features:
- Measuring of length of timing belts and punching press of shape for welding section
- Heating press unit for molds of belts
- Cooling press unit for molds of belts
- Central control panel for all components of system
The MMSK system offers all functions to connect / weld timing belts in one product. The design if optimized for up to 150mm belt width, but can be modified upon request.
Punching
- Hydraulic press
- "finger" cut with multiple blades
- 50 tons of pressure
Welding / Heating
- Pneumatic pressure can be adjusted via potentiometer
- welding temp. approx. 180 °C
Cooling
- Pneumatic pressure can be adjusted via potentiometer
- Water cooling by separate tank
